The apartments were built in 2018 in a quiet part of Svitavy. Although the wooden buildings are located on the outskirts of the town, they are near the main road to Brno and a walk to the town center takes only 5 - 10 minutes. There is also a shopping center, restaurants and several pubs within easy reach. The location of the houses will certainly be appreciated by guests with their pets who can walk them in the front yard of the apartment or take them to nearby countryside. There is a breakfast basket prepared and guests can make their own coffee or tea.
